inspiration
If you find yourself stuck in traffic; Don't despair. There are people inthis world for whom driving is an unheard of privilege.
Should you have a bad day at work; Think of the man who has been out of work for years
Should you despair over a relationship gone bad; Think of the person who has never known what it's like to love and be loved in return
Should you grieve the passing of another weekend; Think of the woman in dire straits, working twelve hours a day, seven days a week to feed her children
Should your car break down, leaving you miles away from assistance; Think of the paraplegic who would love the opportunity to take that walk.
Should you notice a new gray hair in the mirror; Think of the cancer patient in chemo who wishes she had hair to examine.
Should you find yourself at a loss and pondering what is life all about, asking what is my purpose? Be thankful. There are those who didn't live long enough to get the opportunity.
Should you find yourself the victim of other people's bitterness, ignorance, smallness or insecurities; Remember, things could be worse. You could be one of them

Love, Wealth & Success
A woman came out of her house and saw 3 old men with long white
beards
sitting in her front yard. She did not recognize them.
She said "I don't think I know you, but you must be hungry. Please
come in
and have something to eat."
"Is the man of the house home?", they asked.
"No", she replied. "He's out."
"Then we cannot come in", they replied.
In the evening when her husband came home, she told him what had
happened.
"Go tell them I am home and invite them in!"
The woman went out and invited the men in"
"We do not go into a House together," they replied.
"Why is that?" she asked.
One of the old men explained: "His name is Wealth," he said pointing
to
one of his friends, and said pointing to another one, "He is Success,
and
I am Love." Then he added, "Now go in and discuss with your husband
which
one of us you want in your home."
The woman went in and told her husband what was said. Her husband was
overjoyed. "How n ice!!", he said. "Since that is the case, let us
invite
Wealth. Let him come and fill our home with wealth!"
His wife disagreed. "My dear, why don't we invite Success?"
Their daughter was listening from the other corner of the house. She
jumped in with her own suggestion: "Would it not be better to invite
Love?
Our home will then be filled with love!"
"Let us heed our daughter's advice," said the husband to his wife.
"Go out and invite Love to be our guest."
The woman went out and asked the 3 old men, "Which one of you is
Love?
Please come in and be our guest."
Love got up and started walking toward the house. The other 2 also got
up
and followed him.
Surprised, t he lady asked Wealth and Success: "I only invited Love,
Why
are you coming in?"
The old men replied together: "If you had invited Wealth or Success,
the
other two of us would've stayed out, but since you invited Love,
wherever
He goes, we go with him."
" Wherever there is Love, there is also Wealth and Success!!!"

globalisation - in a comic sense is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Question : What is the truest definition of Globalization ?
Answer : Princess Diana's death .
Question : How come ?
Answer :An English princess with
an Egyptian boyfriend
crashes in a French tunnel,
driving a German car
with a Dutch engine,
driven by a Belgian
who was drunk on Scottish whisky:
followed closely by Italian Paparazzis
in Japanese motorcycles;
treated by an American doctor,
using Brazilian medicines.
And moreover this is sent to you by a Indian,
using American (Bill Gates's) technology,
and you're probably reading this on your computer,
that use Taiwanese chips,
and a Korean monitor,
assembled by Bangladeshi workers
in a Singapore plant,
transported by Indonesians lorry-drivers,
hijacked by Pakistanis,
unloaded by Sicilian longshoremen,
and trucked to you by Mexican illegals.....
That, my friend, is "" Globalization ""
Hope u got it...???

Too Busy for a Friend...
One day a teacher asked her students to list the names of the other students in the room on two
sheets of paper, leaving a space between each name.
Then she told them to think of the nicest thing they could say about each of their classmates and
write it down.
It took the remainder of the class period to finish their assignment, and as the students left the room, each one handed in the papers.
That Saturday, the teacher wrote down the name of each student on a separate sheet of paper, and listed what everyone else had said about that individual.
On Monday she gave each student his or her list. Before long, the entire class was smiling. "Really?" she heard whispered. "I never knew that I meant anything to anyone!" and, "I didn't know others liked me so much," were most of the comments.
No one ever mentioned those papers in class again. She never knew if they discussed them after class or with their parents, but it didn't matter. The exercise had accomplished its purpose. The students were happy with themselves and one another. That group of students moved on.
Several years later, one of the students was killed in VietNam and his teacher attended the funeral of that special student.
She had never seen a serviceman in a military coffin before. He looked so handsome, so mature.
The church was packed with his friends. One by one those who loved him took a last walk by the coffin. The teacher was the last one to bless the coffin.
As she stood there, one of the soldiers who acted as pallbearer came up to her. "Were you Mark's math teacher?" he asked. She nodded: "yes." Then he said: "Mark talked about you a lot."
After the funeral, most of Mark's former classmates went together to a luncheon. Mark's mother and father were there, obviously waiting to speak with his teacher.
"We want to show you something," his father said, taking a wallet out of his pocket "They found this on Mark when he was killed. We thought you might recognize it."
"Thank you so much for doing that," Mark's mother said. "As you can see, Mark treasured it."
All of Mark's former classmates started to gather around. Charlie smiled rather sheepishly and said, "I still have my list. It's in the top drawer of my desk at home."
Chuck's wife said, "Chuck asked me to put his in our wedding album."
"I have mine too," Marilyn said. "It's in my diary"
Then Vicki, another classmate, reached into her pocketbook, took out her wallet and showed her worn and frazzled list to the group. "I carry this with me at all times," Vicki said and without batting an eyelash, she continued: "I think we all saved our lists"
That's when the teacher finally sat down and cried. She cried for Mark and for all his friends who would never see him again.
The density of people in society is so thick that we forget that life will end one day. And we don't know when that one day will be.
So please, tell the people you love and care for, that they are special and important. Tell them, before it is too late.

a good story
Once upon a time in a village, a man
appeared and announced to the
villagers that he would buy monkeys
for Rs10.
The villagers seeing that there were
many monkeys around, went out to
the forest and started catching them.
The man bought thousands at Rs10
and as supply started to diminish, the
villagers stopped their effort.
He further announced that he would
now buy at Rs20. This renewed the
efforts of the villagers and they
started catching monkeys again.
Soon the supply diminished even
further and people started going back
to their farms. The offer rate increased
to Rs25 and the supply of monkeys
became so little that it was an effort
to even see a monkey, let alone catch
it!
The man now announced that he would
buy monkeys at Rs50!
However, since he had to go to the
city on some business, his assistant
would now buy on behalf of him.
In the absence of the man, the
assistant told the villagers.
Look at all these monkeys in the big
cage that the man has collected. I will
sell them to you at Rs35 and when the
man returns from the city, you can sell
it to him for Rs50."
The villagers squeezed up with all
their savings and bought all the
monkeys. Then they never saw the
man nor his assistant, only monkeys
everywhere!! !
Welcome to the "Stock" Market!!!!!

PRAISE
A manager's tool is motivation . If you want better work from people you should motivate them by praising about the things they have done well . Tell them that good job done. There is no need to praise them every time. Most people need frequent indications that their work is appreciated. Praise them in the same way you find faults with their mistakes and defects. Praise is a useful tool in every activity not criticism.

inspirational quotes
There is never a WRONG time to do a RIGHT thing.
Men of firm mind carry to a successful conclusion whatever they undertake.
-Bhartruhari.
We judge ourselves by what we feel capable of doing , while others jusde us by what we have already done.
-Longfellow
He who receives a benefit should never forget it. He who bestows should never remember it.
What lies before us, and what lies behind us is very little compared with what lies within us.
-Emerson
Discussion is an exchange of knowledge . Argument an exchange of ignorance.
-Robert Quiller
Peace comes not from the absence of conflict in life , but from the ability to cope with it.
There is no enemy like anger, no fire like lust, no temptation like money, no intoxicant like power.

New Year Resolutions
One more year is passing giving way to another y;ear . Every one makes new year resolutions. These are the guide lines which we wish to accomplish in the coming new year. New year brings new hope, new energy, new strategies to combat old and new problems . Review your last year's resolutions and add them to this year's resolutions. You have to le4arn from the past . Do not start thinking that if that thing happened this may be completed. Never blame others or situations for your failure to meet your goals. Start taking responsibility. With sportive spirit take that as a loss and learn from it as much as you can and plan for the future that is bright new year.
Keep your goals realistic. Being a good man is not a realistic goal . This is a goal which has no definitive value.
Keep some goals which you can achieve with little effort. Once they are achieved they will fuel your larger goals/ resolutions.
Divide your resolutions in the three dimensions.
1. Physical resolutions
2. Mental resolutions
3. Spiritual resolutions
Keep your resolutions specific and try to keep them in quantity. Instead of keeping “should read more books” keep a resolution like “should read 50 books in the new year”
Your resolution should be more than what you can achieve. It should be just beyond your reach. So that you have to work a little harder to reach them.
Specify a time limit review your resolutions. So as to make changes to them as per that situation.
Never fear a failure or fault. Read the article on Abraham Lincoln and Edison. Never be pessimistic be optimistic. A pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity and an optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty.
Tell the whole world about your resolutions.
Believe in your self. Believe that you are going to achieve all your resolutions.
If you truly believe in your goals then the whole universe conspires and will help you achieve your goals. If any one chooses a goal in which he is really interested he will always get what he wants or some thing very close to it.

Learning from mistakes
Every one can learn from his own mistakes. Keep your eyes and ears open and try to learn from others mistakes also. If there is a ditch on the road there is no need that you have to fall in the ditch to know about it . You can also know about it by seeing others falling in to it and avoid falling in to it.
One of the most valuable thing a man can learn is the art of using knowledge and experience of others.
